Vision is rejuvenation of Thuruthy Colony through development of better infrastructure facilities and upgradation of the existing physical infrastructure to ensure better living conditions for the inhabitants of the colony. Smart city mission aimed to identify and take up those components of the RAY proposal which are feasible and could be taken up under the scope of smart city mission.
The proposal forwarded by RAY scheme were categorized into two group of components Under Housing and Infrastructure Components. Construction of 3 Minor Bridges and 2 Foot over Bridges in West Kochi has been considered as part of infrastructure component and FOBs from SCP module.
