Project involves construction of G+2 building for Fort Kochi hospital. CSML, under the Smart
City Mission of the Government of India, intends to construct a Ground + 2 building at the existing vacant area near to Fort Kochi Taluk Hospital which is Phase 1 development of Phased development/ masterplan of Hospital.
The scope of work includes Site clearance,Piling,Substructure, Superstructure, Finishing, MEP works, Truss work and external
development with landscaping works.
